Valued at $624/year RETIREMENT The college matches for an employee PSRS/PEERS retirement plan at 14.5% or 6.86%. TUITION WAIVERS Take 12 credit hours in courses at OTC, tuition-free for you and your dependents. Valued at $1,848/year PAID TIME OFF Enjoy an advanced 40 hours of vacation in your first six months! Accrue another week, totaling two weeks of vacation in the first year.
